We started as an arm of a digital agency called InstaStartups that developed online and ecommerce properties (web stores and mobile apps) as well as SEO and digital marketing with operations in Detroit, MI (sales and marketing) and the Philippines (production and operations), that applied the same training, consultation and advice provided to clients to our landmark store.
Using best practices and said expertise, it just grew to a life of its own organically to a store that it became a separate bona fide operation on its own, and still under the professional aegis of our originating company to ensure consistent and the highest quality and support levels.

I ordered more than 1 item, but only received one, or didn’t receive the others. What happened to my order?
Our marketplace has a large assortment of products sourced from around the world. When you order multiple products, they may be shipped separately so they arrive faster instead of waiting for the farthest or slowest locations that would affect all items in your order. As such, you may receive them separately, one after the other.
Sometimes, our customers may accidentally enter portions of their email or physical address wrong, and we may have difficulty or unable to reach out to the customer (we’ve had more than one occasion when the customer entered a physical address wrong and our emails to their email/Paypal address did not get answered because they were not monitoring those addresses and were simply using them for their payment accounts and were using a different personal address).
This is easily fixed by sending us an email to follow-up if you didn’t receive your tracking number after more than a week, for example, or didn’t get a confirmation message. The process is very easy and straightforward after that.
Yes, absolutely! We sometimes run specials, discounts, overstock items, promos or sales that go from heavy discounts to free items at zero cost.
Shipping charges are the same for items at full price or free. That is, they are the same for similar categories, sizes, weights or items whether they are at regular, full prices or specials that are discounted or free. There is no hidden differences.
For some countries like those outside the U.S., your own domestic customs tariffs or charges may apply depending on your location.
Products are kept constantly fresh and items are sent to you directly from their country of origin. Normal shipping rates will therefore vary and due to distance, can take 3 to 6 weeks to arrive at your doorstep while some items such as specialty merchandise (like house branded T-shirts, mugs or posters that are sourced domestically in the continental U.S.) usually arrive in 1 to 2 weeks.
It depends on the item you’re ordering, as well as your location, and can usually range from 3 to 6 weeks. In some rare cases, packages may take longer due to unavoidable factors such as bad weather, cancelled flights, logistical delays and customs clearnings.
